Guardian Home Program
FAQs
What is a Guardian Home?
Our guardian home program allows us to grow and diversify our program to continue to better the breed without sacrificing the dog’s happiness or attention given to them. Becoming a guardian home gives you the opportunity to have one of our puppies or young adults as a family pet while they remain in our program.
We love all of our dogs and treat them as an extension of our family. Crating and rotating is not something we want to do to our dogs. We want them to get all of the one-on-one attention they deserve. This program ensures that our dogs receive as much love and attention as possible, and helps us avoid having intact males and females under the same roof.
As a guardian home, you are the permanent home for one of our breeding prospects while they remain in our program. Once they are retired from breeding, full ownership is transferred to the family.
What are some of the requirements to become a Guardian Home?

Be willing and able to socialize the dog with other dogs and humans
Provide adequate exercise and mental stimulation

What happens if I don’t want my dog to be bred?
Please keep in mind that we retain full legal ownership of the dog until they are retired from our breeding program, and ownership is legally transferred to the guardian. Guardians have a legal obligation to follow the contract. The dogs selected for our breeding program are very high-quality and have been carefully selected to fulfill our breeding goals to produce European Doberman Pinschers with exceptional health, temperament, structure, and longevity.
How do I become a guardian home?
Please feel to reach out to us by text, call, or email to schedule an interview to find out if you are a good candidate for being a guardian home.
How often do you have guardian opportunities available?
This is dependent on if we decide to keep any puppies back from our program, or if we want to select new dogs to diversify our bloodlines. We anticipate a couple upcoming opportunities for guardianship for Serbian imports this year. Please contact us for most current availability and future plans.
Can we buy our dog from the guardian program?
No, we do not allow our guardian homes to “buy out” the dog from breeding. The dogs in our program have been carefully selected in advance with purpose to fulfill our breeding goals of producing puppies with exceptional health, temperament, structure, and longevity.
