Our holter monitor rental is a $100 per use. Holter monitor rental is free for Eminent Doberman families

By requesting and accepting the holter monitor and participating in our holter monitor program, renter must agree to the following terms:

• Pay the $100.00 rental fee prior to use of holter monitor.

• Pay an additional $25.00 for each day the holter monitor is in their possession past the 3-day rental.

• Immediately inform the owner when the holter monitor is received.

• Check the contents and condition of holter monitor package inventory, making any necessary reports to the owner immediately upon taking possession of it.

• Complete use of the holter monitor within 3 days.

• Properly supervise their dog(s) so that the holter monitor and accessories are not chewed or damaged.

• Immediately replace any and all parts of the holter monitor, holter accessories, and holter package which may be destroyed, damaged, misused, misplaced, stolen, or lost while in their possession. Please note that current replacement costs are subject to change from Alba Medical.

• Send holter monitor to the owner on or before the 4th day of possession. Renter agrees to send it via priority mail USPS or UPS with tracking and signature confirmation delivery. If local, the renter may physically deliver the holter monitor to the owner if both parties agree to meet in person on or before the 4th day of possession.

• Immediately inform the owner when the holter monitor package is shipped or in person delivered, including tracking information.
